Our Perspective:
Without resources dedicated to the task-- executive- and management-level personnel rarely recognize the magnitude of a company's overall injury status, nor the reciprocal 'bottom-line' relationship.
Due to breadth-of-scope, many midsize and larger companies are unable to fully manage employee wellness entirely or efficiently. Generally, a company lacks an authoritative manager, other than simple administrative oversight.
